East Carolina University and Pitt County Memorial Hospital leaders joined today to dedicate their most significant collaboration yet: the East Carolina Heart Institute.  

Partners cut ribbon on new ALS clinic in Greenville

Officials with Pitt County Memorial Hospital cut the ribbon on a new ALS clinic in Greenville Friday. It's the first multidisciplinary clinic in eastern North Carolina for patients with Lou Gehrig's disease. 

PCMH board approves $42 million for children's hospital project

The Pitt County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees has approved a $42 million expansion of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Carolina. Officials hope to start the project in 2011.
